Unfortunately, the Elite plan does not pay to transport your spouse or family member to join you at your destination in case of a medical emergency. However, the plan does have courage for Medical Escort. "We will also pay a benefit for Usual and Customary expenses incurred for a Medical Escort’s transportation and accommodations if an onsite attending Physician recommends in writing that a Medical Escort accompany You."
